They ran out of time to repair so they blocked mixer door so I cannot change to defrost or the floor. They told me they went in through the radio and blocked it so it does not move. I have looked don't see any thing or even the top of the actuator where they said it was blocked I can't see or feel and thing, but not sure I know what I am looking for. I have moved and cannot return to repair shop. Do not want to pay $80. An hour for some one to undo something some one else did to help AC problem. I am looking for some one the help me to find where I should look for a way to unblock door.

You have vacuum-operated controls, and this is a real common problem with an easy fix. Look under the hood for the vacuum hose that goes through the firewall. There will be a check valve in that line. Replace it with a larger one that has a small storage canister built in. If you cannot find that at the Ford dealer, get one from the Chrysler dealer's parts department. The original valve is about the size of a stack of three nickels. The replacement is about 2 1/2 inches long and 1 1/4" in diameter. It is very effective at solving this problem.
