Yes. There is a lock on it and you need to pull up on the tab that I am pointing to on the connector. On the second picture you will see the tab that I am using a arrow that shows you need to pull up on it but if you look toward the front of that tab you will see a hole. There is a protrusion on the wheel hub connector that hooks into this which I am pointing at it on the third attachment. Pulling up on this tab will allow you to pull it off.
Let me know if you still can get it. A trick you can use is insert a small flat head screw driver under this tab and that will hold it up so you don't have to hold it up with your finger and pull at the same time.
