Hi,

There are many things that can cause a vehicle not to start. Most commonly, it is a fuel or ignition spark issue. I will help you get it running again. However, I need you to check a few things for me. First, please understand this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have very little technical information.

First, although you hear the fuel pump, it may not be producing enough pressure to run the engine. So, we need to check fuel pressure. The easiest thing to do is see if it starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then we know it is a fuel related issue. Or, here is a link that explains how to check pressure:

Next, it isn't uncommon to lose ignition spark to the plugs. We need to know if you are getting spark to the plugs, so here is a link that explains how to check:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-ignition-system

Here is a link that discusses the most common causes of a crank no start condition. Take a look through it as well.

Once you determine if there is spark and proper fuel pressure, let me know the results. I will then have a better idea which direction to direct you.

Take care,
Joe
