Replaced starter, distributor cap and rotor plug and plug wires has gas. Cranks good but will not start.

Start by checking to make sure it actually has spark. Regardless if you have changed those parts. If it does, next you want to make sure you are actually getting fuel to where it should be. Try some starter fluid into the intake. If it starts, you know you have a fuel problem. Just because you may smell gas does not mean much. A car needs spark, fuel, compression to run. Start with the basics.
