No. That is the only one that controls the fan operation.

That coolant sensor done the job, got the fans going.

Let me ask you another question on another vehicle, it's a 1991 Jeep Comanche 4 cyl. 2.5 L engine. The vents doesn't change like they should form the defrost position to the floor and to the vents. Does this vehicle interior air flow work off of vacuum or does the vents work off of some cable or do you know?
