What oil stabilizer

I have a bad engine bearing that was causing my oil light to flicker. Mechanic said bad engine bearing is causing low oil pressure and that I needed thicker oil, so he added Lucas oil thickener. Problem is, I'm at the store and I am not sure what thickener to use. Lucas Heavy Duty or Lucas Synthetic. Please send me your thoughts on the situation and what to use.

Hello,

Are you running synthetic oil? If so, I would get the Lucas Synthetic. If not, I would get the Heavy Duty. Please, if you have any other automotive questions, please feel free to ask. That's what we are here for.
