When I try to use my washer fluid, there is no longer the "wrrrrrr" noise of it trying to pump fluid. Does this mean a motor down there is broken? I purchased a new washer fluid pump, but will this fix the problem if it is no longer making any noise when I try to use it?

Hi this link may help. Testing for voltage at motor when operating will tell if motor or problem elsewhere. Have you checked windshield wiper fuse?
