Accidentally I put washer fluid in the coolant receptacle. Will this harm my engine?

Doubtful. Washer fluid is mostly water. Engine coolant is half water. The washer fluid will tend to evaporate faster so you can expect the coolant level to go down in the reservoir over the next few weeks or months.
