Changed over auto battery improperly and set off alarms, warning lights and no warned to have vehicle taken on flatbed to dealer.

If the theft system is active, then we need to hook the battery up and disarm it. Here is a guide that will help with this. Clearly hooking the battery up incorrectly made the vehicle think it was being stolen.

So, if we are not able to disarm it using these techniques then it will need a scan tool capable of going in and disarming it.
