2004 Volvo XC70 heating fan noise

When I start the car heater, I hear fan noise coming from the passenegr side. The noise remains for the first 5 minutes on a cold start and then goes away. I can also hear the noise when I make a right turn in the first 5-10 minutes of driving. The noise disapperas after 5 minutes of driving. Do I need a new heating fan?

The fan could be loose? If not then replace the blower fan.
