Oil leak

I have a 1998 s70 glt 138.000 miles automatic 2 wheel dr 2.2 5cyl. Lately on the freeway when driving over 60 for a long period of time the engine will drip oil out of the filler cap. It collects under the cover plate and you can smell oil in the car. Since I have a long drive twice a week this is a concern for me. What is causing it and how do I fix it

Make sure the Cap still fits snug. And replace the $2.50 rubber washer in and under the cap its self. Or replace the whole cap.
