Air Conditioning problem
1998 Volvo S70 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the air coditioner gets cold (I can feel it in the vent openings) but the air blower will not blow at all

You would need to take it in to have diagnose. They would need to see if there is power going to the motor or not. If not then they need to figure out if it is the climate control unit failing or you have a bad blower motor resistor. For now have you looked at all the fuses to make sure you dont have a blown fuse?
