1993 Volvo 850 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 93 volvo 850, when I bought the car I was told the valve cover was leaking but I put a new one on and it is still leaking oil. When I look under the car it seems to be alot, and when I take the dipstick out of the engine I can see a slight mist of oil blow out, so I know there is too much pressure in the engine. It dont have a pcv valve but it does have something called a oil separator, does that have any thing to do with it or am I on the wrong track?

Hi there,

there is an engine breather system, I will check out the data base when I can get access and post some pics soon.
