The car was tested. Timing belt still together. No compression at all and no fire coming from spark plug at all. It turns over but will not start and run.

It could be the timing belt slipped taking the camshaft to crankshaft correlation out of wack. Can you confirm the timing belt marks are still okay?

Can you take a video of the engine turning over? Also, please confirm the camshaft is turning when you crank the engine over. You may need to remove the valve cover. here is a guide to help walk you through the steps:
