my 1990 rabbit has constant injector power with the key on. testing with a noid light and there is no spark either

your rabbit onboard computer sends spark to the ignition if you have no spark, and you've checked all your connections, including the connection on the distributor, the only other thing it could be is a bad computer, check to make sure you have power to your distributor with the key on, and if you do not, you have a bad computer, it can be repaired for about $100, or you can just find one of the junkyard
