Radiator light

I hardly drive my car anymore and it has been sitting in 20 degree weather without being started for over 2 weeks. I just started it last night and it came about as close to not starting as it can go while still starting, plus the radiator light is on. What could the radiator light be signalling? As far as my car not starting, my battery is brand new and I just had something replaced that was either draining my battery or blocking the battery from working. Did it just not start good because it had been so long or could there be something wrong?

Thank you for any help! I'm new to cool climates and new to how to maintain a car I don't use.

That cold weather did it, below freezing even good batteries get weak. And the sitting lowers all the fuel pressure witch is an added delay, and draw for the battery. As for the radiator light you might need to check that the anti freeze is still good and level.

The radiator light indicates that you have low coolant. It may have failed because of the weather as they are high failure. Check your coolant level. It will not harm the vhecile to drive it if you have coolant. It does not check the quality of the coolant. That must be done with a tester.

Make sure you have the corect oil viscosity for your weather conditions. It should be started at least twice a week to keep the battery alive.
