2006 Volkswagen Jetta power window problems

2006 vw jetta driver side power window wont work. I replaced the motor and I still hear a clicking sound when I push the button. I can operate all other windows through the drivers side window switch. I have taken a look at the switch and it doesn't show any signs of being the issue. Any other ideas on what could cause the motor to click and not work before I buy a switch?

Just had this problem at the shop. The harness that goes through the door had a bad pin. Check the wires over real good and make sure the pins are making good contact. If you check for voltage at the motor it will be a little low. Good luck.
