Battery died and went to jump the car and the hazrads started comming on and you cant turn them off even when you press the button then they went off and started comming on again I think the electrical system is shot whhat do you think?

Does your vehicle have anti theft built in? If so is the light on or blinking? Dead battery can sometimes screw with the anti theft system.
