Please advise installation of head light bulb
on 2006 vw beetle diesel
passemger side bulb is out will the fender have to come
off?

Open hood. There is a lever on the headlight assembly for each side. Release lock and pull the lever all the way. The whole headlight assembly will come forward out of the front fender. The low beams are h1 bulbs. Be careful when replacing the unit into the fender to line up the tracks. Then push the lever back as you push in the headlight assembly back into the fender.
