could you please give me the steps to replace the blub in my drivers side headlight?

There is a lever and a clip that is accessible from the engine compartment.
You'll need to push down on the lever while pushing in the tap. The lever is connected to a spiral channel that will push the headlight assembly out as it turns. Sometimes the assembly will stick and need a little coaxing to wiggle it out.
Once the assembly is out you can remove the cover from the back and access the bulb.
