When I start out in first gear it shakes and vibrates through every gear, when I shift into different gears and I give it gas it's rough and does not seem to have power like it should. It just started, but it is running rough. When I sit there it seems to be okay, it is not gasping for air or bogging down just when I go to give gas.

Check fuel pressure and fuel filters, sounds as it may be fuel related problem.

I took to O'Reilly to put it on their computer, they said shows can pos sensor, crank shaft sensor, and lean 1 and 2. I can smell it running rich, its lost power, has a bad vibration when idling like it wants to back fire but cannot. It feels like sitting in a hot rod. When I begin to accelerate it bogs down, but it does not ever die out.

Its sounds like you may have a compression issue, can you plug the plugs and do a compression test? Also when the engine is cranking over does it sounds normal?

Here is a guide for the compression test.
