My 2005 F-150 FX4 is vibrating really bad at 1000 rpm's. Once I get above 1000 rpms it goes away. What could this be and how can I fix this?

It sounds like you have a bad intake valve which is allowing gases to contaminate the intake charge to other cylinders.
