Hello,

The vehicle had overheated, and the cylinder head gasket was replaced.
The air conditioner was functioning before the head gasket was replaced. The compressor comes on when the A/C is put on but there is no code air blowing out of the system. The refrigerate in the system is not low but when manifold gauge was used. As the compressor comes on, there is no pressure different at on the gauges.
The vehicle was scanned it bring code related to solenoid circuit. The air conditioner compressor was replaced and the compressor didn't comes on at all and the light on the A/C button started to blink continuously. Please could you help me with the complete circuit diagram of the Air conditioner.

Hi,

I attached the entire wiring schematic for the ac system below. The thing is this. Are you certain the compressor clutch was engaging before replacing the compressor? By chance do you have the pressure that was found when the tested the original compressor?

Something doesn't add up. If it worked prior and engaged after but the pressures were equal, that leads me to think the clutch may have engaged, but it wasn't turning the compressor.

Take a look through the schematic below. I had to cut the pics in half to make them readable, but I did overlap them.

I am going to get input from the site owner. He is excellent with AC issues. I want to see what his thoughts are on this.

Take care and let me know if the schematic helps. I highlighted the wires from the compressor and clutch assembly, so it is easier to locate them.

Joe
