MY HEADLIGHTS REAR LIGHTS AND DASH LIGHTS FLICKER TO A POINT WHEN I THINK THEY WILL ALL GO OUT.WHILE DRIVING THE DASH LIGHTS STARTED TO GO OFF AND ON.RADIO WENT HAYWIRE.I REPLACED THE BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR ABOUT 2 MONTH AGO.GARAGE HAS CHECKED THE BATTERY AND TOLD ME IT IS CHARGING NORMAL.

check the alternator and battery wiring .. you may have a loose connection/wire somewhere !!

David, Please see my post on flickering headlights. May or may not be related but worth checking out. If you move your steering wheel left/right and the lights flicker then it's probably be the power steering 'electric pump'. You can do this test while the car is stationary. Obviously, best carried out at night!
