MY HEADLIGHTS REAR LIGHTS AND DASH LIGHTS FLICKER TO A POINT WHEN I THINK THEY WILL ALL GO OUT. WHILE DRIVING THE DASH LIGHTS STARTED TO GO OFF AND ON. RADIO WENT HAYWIRE.I REPLACED THE BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR ABOUT 2 MONTH AGO. GARAGE HAS CHECKED THE BATTERY AND TOLD ME IT IS CHARGING NORMAL.

Check the alternator and battery wiring. You may have a loose connection/wire somewhere !

David, Please see my post on flickering headlights. May or may not be related but worth checking out. If you move your steering wheel left/right and the lights flicker then it's probably be the power steering 'electric pump'. You can do this test while the car is stationary. Obviously, best carried out at night!
