i have very bad condensation on my drivers side front lights i dont have it on the passengers side what could it be

seal around the beam is leaking. most cases, you must replace the unit assembly.

yes, unless you try some exterior sealer but we have had no luck with them at all

it is tight and if i were you, get the new one to see where it attaches.
