1998 Vauxhall Corsa Manual 55000 miles

My car has started to make a funny noise, it sometimes starts as a squeking noise and sometimes it sounds like something is rubbing against something and getting stuck.

Could this be the fan belt? If not what could it be?

Fan belt or yensioner bearing or altenator bearing or even worse water pump
