Okay. Just to be clear. Is that with them fully tight? We need to tighten them down so that you cannot move them with your hand.
Basically, what can happen is as you are driving the vibration will cause them to move and interrupt the ground path for a split second and you can lose power at random times.
I would suggest making sure those terminals are tight so that you cannot remove them like that and then see if this blacks out again.
If it does, the way we need to test the TIPM is to monitor voltage coming out of it on the effected circuits. I suspect we will have voltage dropouts when the radio blacks out which means the circuit board on the TIPM is the issue. This is a common thing on these TIPMs
However, I would not do that until you confirm this still happens after you tighten then terminals to the point that they don't come off by hand.
