As for resetting the computer after you replace a sensor, I assume you mean you want to clear the codes. If this is the case, then you will need a scan tool. Some people will just disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and this will force the control modules to retest due to the memory being erased because the modules can't retain the memory for this long with no voltage. However, this will also wipe out all of the other memory including the radio settings and adaptive numerator information for the engine. So you will need to reset these things and drive the vehicle until it relearns the engine data again.
