Where does the other end connect to? I think it may be just a transmission vent tube (not supposed to connect to anything on one end). Its there to vent out pressure and moisture in the transaxle.

I can't locate the other end, i can verify it's in fact connected to something. A few light tugs on it and it won't come off... Its right by the battery and air filter ducts, it goes downward into the engine bay... Also one more question whats your opinion on this sound? http://youtu.be/dhbVpI2dqYk This is the same car and its been puzzling me

Wow, ok. Does the vibration only occur at certain speeds?

It normally happens at about 30 - 35 MPH and worsens when turning and accelerating at the same time. After I exit a turn it will continue for probably 10 seconds like in the video but as soon as im out of the turn it just slowly fades away. The other day it was doing it at 15 MPH

That is pretty strange. Next time it does it, shift it into neutral and see if the vibration stops or continues.

Shifting into neutral does nothing. It still continues.

Ok then it could most likely be wheel/tire issue. Have it checked out

I put new front tires on It after a Ford mechanic said it was the problem because the car was in an accident caused by a safety recall http://pho.to/A1xwl (as you can see from the picture)

It all started after Ford had to put basically a new front end on it. New subframe, lower control arm, power steering rack, passenger side half shaft. Prior to all of this my car was fine. But its now almost useless

Ok, then you need to take it back to the dealer and make them aware of your concerns.
