Your vehicle should have a 4L60 transmission. If this is the case then you can pretty much make most GM motors work as this transmission is in pretty much all the larger vehicles. However the 5.3L and 6.0L will be the closest to a bolt up as possible as these were also offered in your vehicle the same year.
So if it where me I would stick to one of these. I would however, consider selling your current vehicle and then just buying the same vehicle with the other motor in it. I imagine it will be slightly more expensive once it all works out but it will be so much easier and you will not have to worry about working through all the other components that you will have to swap. Just getting the motor in and fitting is the easier part. Getting it running is the harder part. You will need wiring harnesses and ECM and I am sure a whole bunch of other stuff.
I am not trying to talk you out of it because I am sure it can be done relatively easily compared to other swaps but it is not just getting the engine, remove the old one and put the new one in.
