Well it shows here. Lol I a'm stumped. I have completely changed my transmission.

You mean the loud growl/chatter that show up around halfway through the video correct?
Does it happen all the time or only if you are hard on the throttle? Does it get better/worse while turning?
I take it this was happening before you replaced the transmission? What else did you replace? Either axle?
It almost sounds like brake chatter or a bad CV joint.

No after the transmission was replaced and I have replaced my brake pads and checked my CV axle and joint both good only thing us my control are is a a little worn would that cause it and no it only happens every other time if I drive it normal on over drive but if I go from first to third overdrive it does not to it and if it is grinding and I step on it gets worse until about forty then disappears.

If it stops when you shift it manually and skip second it is likely to be in the transmission itself, either an apply pressure is not high enough or the clutches are worn. I figured you had replaced the transmission because it was doing this and now the transmission was okay, but the noise was still there. Gets worse then goes away at higher speed makes sense because that would be when it would be shifted out of second and into third.

Okay, misunderstanding.

So it was making this noise, you replaced the transmission and it is still there.
I would start with a good visual inspection of the exhaust, and engine mount areas, if the exhaust system can move and hit the body or you have a bad engine mount, both could transfer engine noise to the interior.
If it was an internal engine problem I would expect it to happen all the time when it hits a set rpm area. But it does not seem to do that.
The CEL is not on correct?
