turning over wont start

So it turns over . It has spark on all plugs . Getting fuel to the fuel rail . But wont start and run . Ran fine one night turned it off and wont run . Replaced the computer . Checked the crank to head timing to see if it jumped time and its right on the money

It doesn't have an alarm it turns over has fuel and spark wont start or run
