MY car wont turn over. we rplaced the distributor and fuel pump but it still wont turn over.

I hope you got it fixed by now.
If your saying, that during cranking, you have no spark at the plugs and the pump won't run, then I would look for a signal from the crank and cam sensor.
It would help if you could check for codes?
