Turn signals

My rear left turn signal and brake light did not work, it is not the bulb. I replaced the curcuit board and they still did not work. I played with some wires now the brake light and turn signals front and back blink fast as if one was out still, but they are not.

check ground wire at lhe rear of frame make sure it is a good ground. then check to see if power is coming to bulb may be a bad socket.

The left turn signal in the front and back both work they just blink fast. I do not get it it. Might be a ground wire I guess.

or it is a socket for the bulb is bad. Check ground for rear lights.
