The turn/bu fuse fails as soon as the ignition switch is turned on with the transmission in park and the turn signal switch in neutral.

Try unplugging the falt wiring harness connector for the turn signal switch and see if it still blows the fuse.If it does, try removing all taillight bulbs and try again. Get back with the results
