I was driving and then all of a sudden, the truck stopped getting fuel. Pedal to the floor, nothing. Shut off the truck and now it won't start.

Hi,

When this happens, it is usually either a loss of ignition spark that is lost or fuel. Do me a favor. See if the engine starts for a couple of seconds using starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we will know its fuel related. If there is no change, then I need you to check for ignition spark to the plugs.

Here is a link that explains how it's done:

Let me know what you find. Also, is the mileage you listed the actual mileage on the engine?

Take care,

Joe
