Truck will not run

I have fire, compression and fuel but the engine will not run. The only code is 34 which is a MAP sensor.

How do you know you have fuel?
Are you sure the fuel injectors are working?
Did you just check fuel pressure?
Because that does not mean the fuel injectors are working?
Did you replace the map sensor?
Is this the vin w with only the one fuel injector or vin z with two fuel injectors?
That would be the 8th digit of the vin, a z or w.
Either way it is the same fuel injector fuse, the ECM/ignition fuse in the fuse block behind left side of I/P.
Check that fuse.
