My transmission will not shift and about 30 mph or so is max speed. Here's the kicker: I just put a used transmission from eBay in it because the original one did almost the exact same thing. On the original transmission I was running about 75 mph on the interstate and lost all pulling, just like someone slipped it into N and went into limp mode. After replacing the transmission I drove it maybe a week to work and back and the second transmission has done a similar thing. I had a shop here put his SnapOn computer on it. I don't remember the code or codes but I remember him reading it off to me. It said something about a reverse solid and check plugs and wiring harness. He cleared the codes went home and the next day I made it about 15 miles and did it again. As you can figure I'm about ready to burn the darn thing. This vehicle isn't at all junk (yet) it's probably an 8 on a scale of 10 being best. Well took care of. I've just got a TCM I'm fixing to put on it. Help please!

Good afternoon,

We need the codes that were set to narrow the area of failure.

Did you change the fluid and filter when installing?

As far as the TCM, use a new one one and have it flashed to your VIN number.
