Transmission noise first to second and second to first?

A month ago, my wife started hearing rattle. Today I test drove it and when it shifts up from 1st to 2nd and also when it downshifts from 2nd to 1st there is an audible rattle.

Can I ask where the rattle is coming from, front, center or rear? Please upload a video in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with. It could be a loose heat shield or broken hanger for the exhaust system. Please check the image below to see what I am talking about and get back to me.

I don't believe that is the issue. I've attached a couple of video's, the first is it upshifting the second downshifting. Always 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 1st. I hope you can open them

Thanks for the videos, they help. I have seen this problem before, this is the drivetrain control module has gone out, but to be sure let's run a CAN scan to see if there are any codes stored. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
