Transmission mount installation

My car was vibrating whenever I shifted to reverse. Discovered I had worn transmission mount. I had mechanic replace mount. There was still vibration. I took car to Toyota dealership. Was told mount appeared to be loose or defective. I just noticed today that there is no threading from the bolt showing through the top of the nut. Must I tighten nut a bit more to gain thread protrusion and to completely alleviate the vibration?

Hi,

It should be tight. If you look at the attached picture, it shows the mount should be tightened to 47 ft/lbs.

Is it possible for you to get a pic of the mount in question so I can see what you are referring to?
