It's hard to tell in that picture do you have the large part of the bearing going against the pressure plate?

No. The large part of throw out bearing is towards the transmission/truck. The large part of bearing is on the inside of clutch fork

So you have the side facing up in the picture sitting against the pressure plate?If so there's your problem.
