I was wondering about the transmission fluid change. I called the dealer to get a filter and gasket for the transmission and they said it is only a screen and not a filter and they can do a flush. Would it be just as well to replace the gasket and the screen rather than doing the flush? And it just seems weird that there is no filter. Thanks

Hello, I am Danny.

That is correct. There is an internal screen in the transmission (not accessible) and no filter. There is still a drain and fill plug so can only just change the Fluid. You can still do it yourself or take it to get flushed/changed. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any other questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
