Transmission not working properly

Will not go out of drive but will start in 2nd and then drive after about 10 mph.

Just to confirm, if you put the vehicle in drive at a stand still, the vehicle will not move but if you put it in 2nd and start moving and then put it in drive it will drive properly?

If this is the case, then we need to do two things. First check the fluid and make sure it is full and in goo condition.

Second, we need to adjust the shift cable and the indicator cable. If this is out of adjustment then it can lead to incorrect gear selection. So when you are shifting it directly to Drive, it is actually not in the correct position so it acts like it is in neutral.

Were you able to see the attachments that I put on the last post? It shows the location under the dash and up by the steering column. If you still can't locate it I will see what other info I can dig up. Thanks
