Hello,
The ABS and traction control system work together and faults within can trigger both of the lights.
It is possible to have a bad brake fluid level sensor, which can explain why the low fluid light is on even though is it not low. This sensor can also trigger the ABS light.
Other possibility would be to have a bad ABS sensor on one of wheels.
Scanning the ABS codes can help you determine if it is a sensor, or the ABS module is at fault.

A good place to start would be the brake level sensor. It is located at the bottom of the master cylinder. I have attached diagrams below.
