Got a 2002 Toyota Sienna, about 60000 miles. Once in a while, I would start my van and it would start off and idle very low and the engine would eventually stall. I'd try this over and over until it eventually starts off and idle normally. Any idea what this may be?

First, check for vacuum leaks, if ok, check the mass air flow sensor. We have replaced many on that car. Also Scan your PCM for trouble codes.
