if 0 reading comes in all cylinder what could be the possible reason .what is the diagonisis process

cam shaft isnt turning due to bad belt/chain or its boke.


these are very rare.

head is very loose or severly damaged
engine block is cracked in every cylinders.
all pistons have rubbed off the rings, all pistons have holes in them.
engine just isnt turning.
