1994 Toyota Pickup ticking noise

I just bought a 1994 Toyota pickup and I have noticed this ticking noise coming from somewhere under the hood. I was wondering if you could please give me some idea as if there is a problem and/or is this a normal noise of toyota. I seen a truck in town and it made a similar sound. Thanks

Toy trucks are known for that distinct ticking-might want to do an engine flush.
