Camshaft timing

Im replacing the timing chain and both sprockets on my 22RE toyota 4cyl. I already have the mortor at tdc.my question is if the marking on the sprockets if they both need to be facing inner top and bottom each other or one facing at 12 oclock and bottom at 6oclock line up.
