Labor cost for wire harness?

Hey guys,

I recently had a fire in my engine bay and the engine fuse box is melted and Im guessing that I'll need a new engine wire harness to fix this. Everything on my dash works, but it won't start. I have just aquired a used harness and fuse box so I just need to know how much it would cost me for a shop to install it into my car. Also my ABS light is on and the brake pedal is hard to press and it doesn't go in too far and they don't work. What is the problem with that and how much would that cost? Thanks ahead for the help.
