Truck goes thru 1 USgal of water per day -- NO leaks, NO water in engine compartment, NO nothing. But it does have the white creamy film on the oil cap.

Worth fixing?

Depends on the cost of repair. If the cost is less than what it would cost to replace the truck with the same things it has, then yes. If you can find less expensive transportation then no.
